women don’t earn
the same rate of pay
as men
because of the number
of absences due to
monthly sickness
 
does that mean,
now that I am
peri-menopausal,
I will get a pay rise?
And once completely
lunar-less,
I will be as rich
and equal
as you?
 
Now you will call
for menses-testing.
 
Now I say
take a trip
