The Montmartre Phantom Poster-poems Run
The guy who put these posters up asked me not to identify him for fear of being thrown out of the venerable Republic. Postering in Paris is heavily controlled, even in the areas called by names as various as "multi-cultural", "hotspots" and "crime zones" postering aint easy if you don't get it done on the special kiosks (some of them are even rotating). In fact, it's those areas that are policed more than others. And there are police. And... they are no nicer than anywhere else. Yeah well... Here is the report of the kiwis who decided to bring a slice of kiwi culture to the Montmartre area, once the home of Modiglianis and Picassos. Like they used to say at the front of novels, "no resemblance to any person or perrons living or dead is intended." See the full report & photos, on the link below

I was inclined to tell the Jim Wilson story to a fellow juicer recently, This guy is an inspiring character and I see his inpirees all over the place. That he is returning to NZ is a great benefit to the nation.
